My inner drive is my self-motivation and my mental endurance.
Reliability, my motivational talent and dosed emotionality have has proven to be a solid basis for my work over the last decades.
In various international companies, in Germany and in Switzerland, I have been working successfully with people in my specialist area of supply chain management, purchasing and international project management for more than 20 years.
I needed this time to acquire the professional expertise, which now gives me the necessary basis for my work with my clients.
Believe me, in more than 20 years of leadership activity I have experienced just about everything that exists in the field of transformation and change management and the resulting good and bad termination processes.
Almost nothing shocks me and I know exactly what I am doing to make this process respectful for everyone involved.

My mission
I burn for change and transformation. Successful work in change processes and with teams is my great passion and simply gives me pleasure.
I think it’s great to turn employees, service providers and companies into partners.
I have worked hard to gain my professional expertise with sweat and also tears.
Only through my own experiences have I learned to analyze my emotions and to convert it specifically into positive energy.
For me change is a challenge and therefore something beautiful.
But not everyone can understand this.
Often the change is just the point, where the pain is located in many people.
All the more I am happy when clients find me who say
“Gee, there’s someone who is doing exactly what we are pushing ahead of us”.

This includes listening, asking the right questions, and always taking the fears and concerns of the other person seriously. And to mean all this honestly and to be completely authentic.
A prerequisite for my work is the agreement between my client and me on our common qualitative and quantitative goals. This includes defining exactly what is expected of each other. This is important for our joint work.
